Introduction
Textile and food artist, food writer, vegetarian chef, trainer, CEO of the Estonian Chefs Association – Maru Metspalu will be joining us in the garden in Saaremaa
We will taste various floral drinks and eat foods that are inherently made of flowers. We will talk about various edible and medicinal flowers, which, in addition to their beauty, also provide flavor and aroma. We will keep in touch with the season and put something in the pantry so that on a flowery day you can also get your hands dirty. We will make vinegar with flowers to season your salads and sauces.
The menu has three courses that bring flowers into everyday snacks, a main course and a dessert.
